An introduction to pastoral care
This course of six sessions is designed to enable you to 'be' and to 'care' with more understanding and provides an opportunity to begin a journey of growth and self-discovery.
No previous pastoral experience is required, only a willingness to learn and share. The sessions are led by an experienced tutor and provide initial insights into:

Self-awareness - understanding what goes on in yourself and how you relate to others

Theological reflection - Making connections between what you believe and how you care

Pastoral care in action - Learning new pastoral care skills and putting the theory into practice.
